? to previous appointment brethren ? Daniel P. E. Kirven and C. J. Miles ? the brethren and sistern at their place of worship near W.N.Nichols Mill and after service by elder P.E. Kirven from Ephesion 9th chapter preceded to organize a Presbetary by chosing Elder C. J. Miles Moderator and W. N. Nichols Clerk for the present. The Articles of faith and Covenant was read and received then proceded to extend the Right hand of fellowship by the Presbatry and church. 34 Constituant members. then adjourned.
October 1876 after services an opportunity was given for membership. Received ? Whirly and Sabina Ethridge, ? and Katy Nichols for baptism. ? E. Perry and Martha A. Snodgrass by baptism. Called Conferance brother Miles was appointed moderator it was moved and seconted that we send delegates to the association to convene at the Newhope Church, Choctaw Corner, Clarke County Alabama. October 1876 Delegates consisted of brethren C. J. Miles , ? ? Tucker
and J. E. Nichols. W. N. Nichols was appointed to wright a missionary letr on motion the church be named Deep Creek. it was moved and seconded that we send $2.50 cts. Presbetry then adjourned to meat in the morning 9 o'clock Oct ? ? service and Received by letr ? Pope, T W. Pope, Rachel Pope, ? Pope, Sarah Gibson. Oct 2nd received by letr Elizabeth Ethridge and B. H. Cumberlander for baptism. ? P. Pope.
Oct 3rd met at the ? attended to ordenance of baptism then returned to the House.
After services received for baptism Mary R. Pope then called ? and chose brother C. J. Miles by acclamation to serve us as pastor for the next year and M. M. Tucker ? on motion W.N. Nichols was ? Deacon on mosion we agreed to hold our Regulary meetings on the ? and Saturday before in each month. then adjourned. C. J. Miles M. M. Tucker C. C.

J.Miles opportunity was given for membership. the minutes of the last meeting was read and Received on mosion ?. A Committee appointed to form Rules of order which ? appointment of W. N. Deep Creek Church ? the first sunday in Feb ? met Persuant to adjournment of Service ? C. J. Miles an opportunity was given for membership when brother ? Luker and his wife Sister ? Luker and sister ??? were recieved by letr the minutes of the last Conference Read and Recieved. The Commitee that was appointed to draw up Rules of order not being ready to report was granted further time on mosion the Church agreed to make Preparations and Commune at our next meeting then adjourned C. Deep Creek Church Saturday before the first Sunday in January 1877. met persuant adjournment after service by brother C. J. Miles an opportunity was given for membership and Sister Sarah Etheridge was received by letr then the minutes of the last conference was read and received the commitee that was appointed to draw up Rules of order reported and the Rules read but the adoption deferred until next meeting.
On motion the church agreed to invite brother P. E. Kirven to Preach for us as soon as he could and appointed brother J. A. Snodgrass to let him know it. Then adjourned C. J. Miles Modr M. M. Tucker
